Our Expertise | Program Audience | Reward Range | Program Stages

Trésor develops fully customised Sales Incentive programs and Recognition and Reward programs for our clients. We take the time to understand what you want to achieve and then we tailor a solution to meet your specific needs.

Many of our reward programs are managed via an online rewards platform because this makes administering the program and managing reporting easy.

However, an online solution does not suit some companies – for example the employees of one of our transportation clients are mainly truck drivers who don’t have easy internet access. In cases like this we can recommend an appropriate offline, paper-based solution with a full communication strategy to support it.

Not only do we design Recognition and Reward programs and Sales Incentive programs from scratch, but we also review existing programs and policies and make recommendations on improvements.

Our expertise is in the design and implementation of:

Typically these reward programs are designed for:

  • Acknowledge and recognise their employees
  • Inspire sales teams to higher goals
  • Reduce turnover and increase productivity in their call centres
  • Incentivise the channel networks of manufacturers (retailers / dealers / distributors)
  • Drive performance among agents or brokers
  • Reward customer loyalty and retain key customers

We have an extensive reward range that includes:

  • A large number of merchandise categories such as Audio Visual, House & Home, Gifts, etc
  • Experiential rewards
  • Gift cards:
    • Retail store gift cards
    • Travel gift cards
    • Custom-branded EFTPOS cards (gift cards with your company’s brand on them)
  • Employee discount cards that provide discounts at a range of retail stores and also savings on products and services
  • Donations to a range of charities

Program Stages

There are five key stages of a successful and effective Recognition and Reward program:

  • Program Design
  • Communication
  • Rewards
  • Program Management
  • Review
  1. Program Design

The way your reward program is designed is critical to its success. We'll take you through the key steps and guide you towards the most appropriate solution for your business. You can benefit from our expert advice to ensure that the program meets your objectives and that the reward range is suitable for your target audience.

We also offer an online survey to assess engagement levels prior to commencing the program so you will then have a benchmark for future comparison.

  2. Communication - Launch and Ongoing

Whilst it's important to launch an incentive program or an employee recognition program well – to let the participants know up front what is expected of them and to get them excited about the rewards - it's also crucial to continue the dialogue throughout the course of the program to maintain the momentum.

We will develop a communications strategy for your program and our team of creative specialists will design and produce an exciting launch pack and engaging reminder materials to ensure that the program stays top of mind with your audience throughout the program duration. Please refer to the Employee Communications page of this website for some examples of our program communication materials.

  3. Rewards

People like to be rewarded and they like choice so Trésor offers a range of merchandise rewards, gift cards and experiences. The base reward range can be tailored to exclude competitive brands or rewards over a certain points price, if required.

  4. Program Management

We have set up relationships with a number of manufacturers and other suppliers so we manage the fulfilment of all rewards out to the program participants.

We also manage the participant database and load results and points. We will provide you with access to the reporting module so you can generate reports for your program.

  5. Review

It's important to review the outcomes of the program to ensure that the business objectives have been met. If
you choose to assess engagement via a survey before commencing your program, we will conduct the survey
again once your program has been running for a period of time (eg 12 months) and compare the results.
